Physical shop items
- Physical items are prepared after checkout.
- Shipping price, taxes, and final availability are confirmed during checkout.
- Please double-check sizes, colors, and shipping details before paying.
Service requests
- After payment, I receive your request details and contact you using the checkout contact information.
- Service requests are manual work, so timing can vary by the request and by how quickly details are provided.
- Life coaching is practical coaching and accountability, not therapy, medical care, legal advice, or financial advising.
- Cyber Security Evaluation is a basic review and recommendation service, not a formal penetration test or security certification.
Refunds and changes
- Contact me as soon as possible if you made a mistake with an order.
- Service refunds or changes depend on whether work has already started.
- Physical item changes may not be possible after the order has started processing.
Privacy and contact details
Checkout contact information and service request details are used to process the order and contact you about fulfillment. Do not include passwords, private account credentials, government IDs, or sensitive medical/legal information in service notes.
